GLOBAL DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER, LLOYD'S REGISTER
Responsible for the global performance and lead generation from digital activity at Lloyd’s Register. Including:
• The launch, and ongoing optimisation of 43 country sites, supported by local teams in UKI, Northern Europe, Southern Europe, SAMEA, Americas and North Asia.
• Running PPC campaigns across 17 countries.
• Ensuring globally consistent end-to-end tracking and online measurement through Google Analytics, Pardot and Salesforce.
HEAD OF ONLINE MARKETING, DOTDIGITAL
Responsible for setting the global online marketing strategy with a focus on acquiring new business, improving client comms and online conversion rates. This included:
• Full ownership of all global online marketing channels (inbound, SEO, social, email, paid media, video, webinars and paid advertising across Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter).
• Delivering a new website: project management, refreshed design, content, structure/IA and CMS change (Umbraco to Wordpress).
• End-to-end management for up to 50 global email campaigns a month, including copywriting, design and reporting, multivariate testing and segmentation strategies to maximise performance.
ONLINE MARKETING MANAGER, BT
Leading multiple experience and engagement improvement projects on MyBT, the logged in area for BT customers.
This included:
• Project managing launch of multiple functionality additions, and customer experience improvements to reduce inbound calls, increase sales, increase channel share and improve overall NPS.
• Identifying new opportunities, optimisations, channels and tactics for traffic, conversion and revenue growth, through trials, testing and analytics to support this
• Managing insight driven marketing plans and business cases, prioritising initiatives and tracking benefits and ROI.
ONLINE MARKETING MANAGER, EXPERIAN
I led the management and delivery of seamless customer journey and experience for all www.creditexpert.co.uk and www.experian.co.uk for Experian Consumer Services (ECS) - the direct to consumer division of Experian Plc across all digital channels.
Emily was a real leader; her strategic initiative, sheer perseverance and hard work, ensured very tight deadlines were met - without a hiccup! An absolute star and invaluable asset to the team.
